báiṫtear, báitear, a báitear (a person) who gets drowned.

báiṫte, drowned; swamped.

bár, the top; the fruit. De ḃár ár saoṫair, in return for our labour (13). De ḃár a ġliocais, as the fruit of his cunning (29). Ar bár uisge, on the top of the water; floating.

bara, m., a crop.

beaċ, f., a bee ; g. beiċe.

beaṫuiġṫe, fat, well-fed. Tusa [ḃeiṫ] ċoṁ beaṫuiġṫe, you so well-fed (41). It is a common practice to omit ḃeiṫ.
