Ула-чăла пĕлĕтсем
Хăямата каяççĕ,
Чăлтăр-чăлтăр çăлтăрсем
Пытанмалла выляççĕ,
Уйăх çÿле хăпарса
Йĕри-тавра çаврăнать.
Хура вăрман хушшинче
Шăпчăк ыйăхран тăрать.
— Ипчак-ипчак! треле-ле! –
Пĕрмай унтан илтĕнет.
Тул çутăлни палăрать,
Уйăх çути çухалать...
Ешĕл улăх варринче
Йăлт-йăлт туса вут çунмасть,
Тул çутăлса кун килет,
Уйăх урăх çутатмасть.
Ешĕл вăрман хушшинче
Ипчак-чак-чак! илтĕнет –
Шăпчăк юрлать юррине,
Сĕм вăрмана ян ярать.
