Сэк кості, кор мортӧс чужтісны,
Кодыр пыртісны, кор тӧбисны,
Кор эз куж на витӧдз лыддьыны,
Сійӧс озырджыкъяс ньӧбисны.

Кодыр школитісны, быдтісны,
Сэки шуисны: «Мый виӧма
Тэ вылӧ, он сулав джын донсӧ!»
Тӧдан, вештысьны дыр сиӧма!

Юрнас, кинас, кокнас уджалӧ,
Пӧсьнас киськалӧ тай чужӧмсӧ,
И оз этша кывлы — ошкӧны
Сылысь пельклунсӧ и кужӧмсӧ.

Мортыс уджалӧ джын олӧмсӧ,
«А эн на пӧ юртӧ вешты тэ,
Кодыр, муса вокӧй, мукӧдӧс
Эн на уджйӧзӧдны эшты тэ!»

Комын арӧс. Кык-ӧ-куим сі
Пондӧм юр вылас нин дзормыны.
Сэсся эз нин лӧгӧд нывъясӧс,
Гӧтрасис! Да-й дыр-ӧ сёрмыны?

Ичмонь кыкысь муса, вӧччӧм кӧ;
Питор мичаджык, кор велӧдчӧ;
Том бать батьджык, кодыр ноксьӧ пыр,
Кодыр артасьӧ да зэлӧдчӧ;

Дасьтӧ вот вылӧ и мед вылӧ,
Мед оз йӧртны, мыш оз серӧдны,
Мӧска-вӧлаӧс оз нуӧдны,
Гӧтыр-пиянӧс м’оз дзерӧдны…

Мӧд джын олӧмсӧ сідз вештӧдчис,
Вештӧдчис бур морт — и эштӧдчис!
Кодралігас быд бур сьӧлӧма
Шуис: «Дона сійӧ вӧлӧма!»
