پھولوں کا ہر سمت مہکنا
کلیوں کا ہر روز چٹکنا
باغوں میں بلبل کا چہکنا
میووں کا شاخوں سے نکلنا
جیسا میرا دیس ہے افسرؔ ایسا کوئی دیس نہیں
کیسے کیسے اچھے دریا
وہ ان کا اٹھلا کے چلنا
دو بہنیں ہیں گنگا جمنا
دنیا میں ثانی نہیں ان کا
جیسا میرا میرا دیس ہے افسر ایسا کوئی دیس نہیں
شبنم نے پھولوں کو نکھارا
سورج نے کچھ اور نکھارا
کیسا سماں ہے پیارا پیارا
اک گلشن ہے بھارت پیارا
جیسا میرا دیس ہے افسرؔ ایسا کوئی دیس نہیں
