حوزنی پەچە
ژنێکی شۆخ لە چاوی بەڵەک بە مەئیووسی
خلی ئەکردەوە هۆن هۆن دڵۆپی مرواری،
بە ئاو ئەبوو دڵی بەردین لە ئاهـ و ئەفسووسی،
بە ئاوی ساردی پەتی نا، بە ماییعی ناری!
وتم: فیدایی جەمالت بم ئەی پەری شێوە!
ئەوا توایەوە هەستیم بە سۆزشی گریەت:
چییە کە هەیکەلی مەڕمەڕ، غوباری وا پێوە،
قەمەر شکات و سکاڵا ئەکا لە هەوری خەفەت؟
سەری بە عیشوە لەقان و بە لەهجەیێکی حەزین
وتی: بچۆوە بپرسە لە جینسی پیاوی برات،
کە کەوتە گۆشەیی گیرفان گوڵێکی ئاوریشمین
چییە تەفاوتی بوون و نەبوونی، قیمەتی لات؟
وەیا هەتا لە دەروونی ڕەشی گڵا ئەنوێ،
بە چی لە زیخی دراوسێ فەرق ئەکا گەوهەر؟
ئەوە حسێبە بە گەوهەر، ئەگەر دروستت ئەوێ
کە بۆتە جازیبی ئەنزاری عام بۆ ئەفسەر!
منیش ئەگەرچی بە جیلوە، بە جازیبەی جوانی
گەلێ لە فەوقی گوڵام و گرانترم لە گوهەر،
وەلێ لەبەر ئەوە، هەیهات! ئەسیرم و زیندانی
مەداری فەخر و سروورم بووە بە قوتبی کەدەر!
بەڵێ! هەتاکوو جەمالی پتر بێ دیلی پەری
یارە مەیلی زوهووری زیاترە، ئەگری:
ئەکا لە سیقلەتی بەندی ژیانی خۆی نەفرەت!
ئەکا لە پیاو و لە جەهل و تەعەسسوبی لەعنەت!
