نکل کر خانقاہوں سے ادا کر رسمِ شبیّری
کہ فقرِ خانقاہی ہے فقط اندوہ و دلگیری
ترے دِین و ادب سے آ رہی ہے بوئے رُہبانی
یہی ہے مرنے والی اُمّتوں کا عالَمِ پیری
شیاطین مُلوکیّت کی آنکھوں میں ہے وہ جادو
کہ خود نخچیر کے دل میں ہو پیدا ذوقِ نخچیری
چہ بے پروا گذشتند از نواے صبحگاہِ من
کہ بُرد آں شور و مستی از سیہ چشمانِ کشمیری!
