武嶺樂亭記
武嶺突起於剡溪九曲之口，獨立於四明群峰之表，作中流之砥柱，為萬山所景仰。不偏不倚，望之巋然。其獨以武嶺名者，殆取義於武德，即其地以況其所居之人耶？嶺之上，古木參天，危崖矗立；其下有溪，流水瀠洄，游魚可數。牧童漁父，徜徉其間，樂且無窮。其幽靜雅逸之景象，竊歎世外桃源，無事他求矣。而隔溪之綠竹與嶺上之蒼松，倒影水心，澄澈皎潔，無異寫真，其有歲寒君子之逸致乎！舊有榭閣，名曰文昌，規模狹陋，無足以資游矚者。甲子春，余還裡掃墓，見其楹棟欹斜，行將就圯，乃勘地繪圖，亟思有以改造之。吾兄錫侯欣然贊焉，爰董其事，命匠鳩工，建亭三楹，落成之日，屬餘名之。余以其位在山水之間，凡遠方同志來游者，莫不徘徊依戀而不忍捨，蓋無間乎仁與智，皆有樂於此也，乃取其義而名之曰樂亭。甚願吾鄉同志，朝夕遊樂，顧其名而思其義，因觀感而有所興起，卓然以自立也，庶不負今日改造斯亭區區之意也夫！民國十四年六月，蔣中正記於廣州黃埔軍官學校。
