Andijonda, musulmon qit’asinda, «Devoni Matqobil shirkat bonki», ya’ni «vriminniy kridit» ochmoqg‘a qaror berildi. Hozirgi a’zosi 180 nafar bo‘lub, 130 dan ziyodasi musulmonlardur. Sarmoyasi 28 ming so‘mdur. Mashvarat a’zolari olti nafar bo‘lub, yarmi musulmonlardan: Eshonxon maxzum Odilxo‘ja o‘g‘li, Zunnunboy Qutlug‘boy o‘g‘li, Mirhaydarboy Mirkomil o‘g‘lilaridur. Idora a’zolar 3 nafar rusdur. Azbaski, bizg‘a zamonag‘a taalluqdor, ilmdan xabardor kishi yo‘qdur. Taftish a’zolari uch nafar bo‘lub, biri Sa’dullaxo‘ja Tursunxo‘ja o‘g‘li janoblaridur. Bonka kelar hut oyinda ochilsa kerak. Ushbuni vujudga kelishig‘a mazkur muhtaram musulmonlar va alarni yordamchilari sabab bo‘ldilar. Bonka bo‘lmasun deganlar-da bor ediki, ularni «Oyna» idorasindagi «Mush»g‘a havola qilduk.
