Andijon tinchsiz vaqtlarda yo‘q qilinish darajasiga kelgan Eski shahar muoyanaxonalari (Ombulaturiya), tinchliq bo‘lg‘andan so‘ng ham yaxshi yo‘lga qo‘yulmaydir. Eski shahar aholisi uchun yiroq bo‘lg‘an katta ko‘chadagi muoyanaxona ham, yaxshi do‘qturlarga molik emasdir. Eski shaharning o‘rta bir yeriga muoyanaxona ochmoq va yaxshi do‘qturlar bilan ta’min etmak harakati ko‘rulsaydi.
