Bu choqqacha moddiy va ma’naviy jihatdan hukumat nashriyotig‘a bog‘lanib kelgan “Axbor” gazetasi 41-sonidan boshlab ma’naviy jihatdan o‘z boshicha mustaqil olib bormoqdadur. Shuning uchun gazetaning ma’naviy tomonig‘a tegishli ishlar (maqola, xabar, xat va boshqalar) to‘g‘ridan – to‘g‘ri gazeta idorasiga yuborilsin.
