Jahon ayvoni, ey dil, bir kuhan koshona ermishdur,
Umid etmak aning obodini vayrona ermishdur.

Kishikim amniyat sahbosin onda orzu qildi,
Xirad ashobidin bilma oni, devona ermishdur.

Ani kim maskani rohat demasdur ham ko‘ngul bermao,
Erur hush ahlidin, bal oqilu farzona ermishdur.

Barobar anglabon sudu ziyoning, budu nobudin,
Xaloyiq ichra himmat sohibi mardona ermishdur.

Jahon ra’nolaridin bitmagay hargiz ko‘ngul komi,
Nechun kim har biri ishq ahlig‘a begona ermishdur.

Vafo ko‘z tutmadilar ahli dillar dahr sho‘xidin,
Sabab uldur — jafolig‘, bevafo jonona ermishdur.

Niyoziy, dahri dundin ayshu rohat topmog‘ung hargiz
Emas mumkin, buni bil, balki bir g‘amxona ermishdur.
