Xunuk, buzuq, sovuq yuzlar alanganing bag‘rida
Qon o‘ynagan ko‘zlarini katta ochib turalar…
To‘p kishilar alangaga o‘zlarini uralar,
Onalarning ko‘z yoshlari bolalarning dog‘ida.

Ey madaniy, ey faylasuf, ey alloma «kunbotish»!
Yer yuziga kishan yoyib, qullik sepib, oxirda
Bu nima, bu alangalar to‘ri bilan o‘ralish?
Hech mumkinmi qahr etilsin qahr etguvchi qohirda?..

Yer yuzining har burchida siz bazmlar qurganda
Olam-olam bechoralar botqoqlarda surundi.
Nima uchun atrofingiz alangaga burundi
Qon noqusi sizning uchun yengish mashqin urganda?!

Har tarafda sizning g‘olib qo‘llaringiz yurganda
Nima uchun olov chiqdi, alangalar ko‘rindi?..
