What about changing the links that now point to Wikipedia?

• Welcome => Wikisource:Introduction
• FAQ => Wikisource:Help (there's no oldwiskisource:FAQ)
• Policies => Wikisource:Policies and guidelines
• Mailing lists => http://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikisource-l

Protection of this content

This (or most of it) is actually not any regular message, so there would be better if the content was moved elsewhere and semi-protected only for edits and fully protected for move. Currently it's impossible for regular users to edit and tweak the content which is actually against the principles of wiki. I'd strongly encourage you to perform such action.

Swedish interwiki doesn't work

should be changed to
