Shahar xo‘jalig‘i sho‘basi ko‘chib tushkan semun imoratning 3 xonasi qiroatxona-kutubxonaga band edi. Sho‘ba tushaturg‘an bo‘lg‘ach kutubxonaning eski arxivlar va boshqa qiymatbaho qo‘lyozma kitoblar turg‘an bir xonasini bo‘shatdirdilar. “Bu yerga ishxona, kanselar bo‘ladi zarur”, – dedilar. Kutubxona ul narsalarini qiroat zolig‘a ko‘churdi. O‘run torliqdan qiroat zoli endi barham yedi. Lokin bo‘shatilg‘an xonaga na kanselar, na ishxona ko‘chmadi. Balki shu’baning qorovulini o‘rnashtirdilar. Kunduzi kutubxonaga tushkanimda ul xonadan qiziq-qiziq tovushlar eshitdim. Yaxshi bo‘lg‘an, qiroatxonag‘a keraklik bir xonani sho‘balari uchun xushchaqchaq, o‘yun-kulgi makoni qilib qo‘yg‘anlar.
