Eng ilgari Andijon uyaziga tushkan dehqonchiliq solig‘i, o‘ziga nisbatan ko‘pdur.

Bu uyaz bosmachiliq degan balo chiqqandan beri to‘qtovsiz urush maydoni, bosmachiliq uyasi bo‘lub kelgan. Muni bosmachilarg‘a qarshi oxirg‘i ma’raka (kompaniya)ni shul uyazddan boshlamoq bilan hukumatimizni o‘zi isbot qildi. Bosmachilarg‘a 5 yil muttasil javlongoh bo‘lub kelgan bu uyaz, tabiiy, hamma uyazdan ortiqror talang‘an, buzulg‘an, xarob qiling‘an mana shundoq xarob bir uyazga 406500 pud dehqonchiliq solig‘i tushkan.

Andijon uyazida 85000 gina ro‘zgor bor. Holbuki, mandan ko‘brak ro‘zgorga ega bo‘lg‘an ba’zi bir uyazlarga mundan ozroq tushkan. Mana bu jihatni albatta e’tiborg‘a olmoq kerak.
