• Shall be responsible in the information dissemination thru proper posting and uploading of related materials in social media, and sharing important announcements, advisories, tips and relevant facts about COVID-19 to the constituency
3. Supplies Management Committee:
Shall be responsible in ensuring the availability of supplies and materials necessary for the prevention of COVID-19 within Agoo, La Union; and
Shall be responsible in the conduct of inventory and distribution of supplies within Agoo, La Union 4. Monitoring and Coordinating Committee:
Shall be responsible in the monitoring and reporting of the status of persons under monitoring (PUM) in coordination with the Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERTS); and
Shall be responsible in coordinating with the concemed agencies particularly with the Provincial Health Office, Department of Health and other line agencies
SECTION 3. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
