A certificate of participation shall be issued by the Agew na Kataquelan Committee as proof of completion of the tree planting activity by the participating organization. The same groups/members are enjoined to participate in the annual Agew na Kataquelan Tree Planting activity. This shall be a requirement for the issuance of a certificate of good standing by the City Cooperatives Office.
SECTION 9. SOURCES OF FUND.-
a. A budget item for "Maintenance of City Seedling Bank/ Nursery" under the CAgO's budget allocation shall be appropriated for the purpose of maintaining and managing the Seedling Bank/ Nursery of the City Government.
b. To ensure the implementation of this Ordinance, the Agew na Kataquelan Celebration, and for sustainable tree planting activities, a budget shall be allocated annually for City Clean and Green Program amounting to PhP 200,000.00 under the Public Information Fund.
SECTION 10. REPEALING CLAUSE. All existing ordinances, City Executive Orders or provisions thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
SECTION 11. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If, for any reason, any provision, section or portion of this Ordinance is declared unconstitutional or invalid, the other sections or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.
SECTION 12. EFFECTIVITY. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
