WHEREAS, in response to the increasing demands of an urbanizing city and to maximimize the use of human resource to further strengthen the provision of public service to the people, there is a need to transfer five plantilla positions from different offices under the Executive Department of the Local Government Unit of the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan to other offices;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon due deliberation of the merits surrounding the issue and on motion of Councilor Dahlia M. de Leon, duly seconded by Councilor Cirilo B. Radoc, Councilor Michelle S. Segundera, Councilor Verna S. D. Rabago, Councilor Alfred Felix E. de Castro, LBP Raul B. Bacay and Councilor Apolonia G. Bacay.

BE IT ENACTED AS IT IS HEREBY ENACTED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION DULY ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION I. TITLE. This ordinance shall be known as "AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FIVE (5) POSITIONS UNDER THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF THE CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN.

SECTION II. TRANSFER OF POSITIONS. The following positions are hereby transferred:

1. ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE III (DRIVER ) SG-3/1 FROM THE CITY BUDGET OFFICE TO THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE(INFIRMARY);

2. ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE III (DRIVER I) SG-3/1 FROM THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE TO THE CITY BUDGET OFFICE

3. AGRICULTURIST II SG-15/1 FROM THE CITY VETERINARY OFFICE TO THE CITY AGRICULTURE OFFICE;

4. ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE II (MESSENGER) SG-2/2 FROM THE CITY LEGAL OFFICE TO THE CITY GENERAL SERVICE OFFICE; AND

5. ENGINEER II, SG- 16/1 FROM THE CITY ENGINEERING OFFICE TO THE CITY GENERAL SERVICE OFFICE

SECTION III. FUNDING. The funding requirements for transfer of the five (5) positions is reflected in the 2022 Annual Budget of the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan.

SECTION IV. EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval and compliance with statutory requirements.
