There will be heightened presence of uniformed personnel at the national roads and there shall be a checkpoint at all entrance points of each barangay guarded by the barangay officials to enforce quarantine procedures;
2. Only those private establishments providing basic necessities and such activities related to food and medicine production, i.e public markets, supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, hospitals, medical clinics, pharmacies and drug stores, food preparation and delivery services, water-refilling stations, manufacturing and processing plants of basic food products and medicines, banks, money transfer services, power, energy, water and telecommunications supplies and facilities, shall be open.
In all such open establishments, their respective management shall ensure the adoption of
strict skeletal workforce to support operations, as well as strict social distancing measures;
3. A work from home arrangement shall be implemented in the Executive Branch except PNP, BFP, Health and Emergency frontline services and other units in charge of disaster relief, emergency response/rescue, social welfare, security, sanitation and other vital services;
Work in LGU Bacnotan is suspended from March 17 to April 12, 2020. However, to ensure that government services are not hampered, a skeletal workforce to perform abovementioned services, and essential and cannot-be-delayed duties and responsibilities shall be available,
4. Mass public transport facilities shall be suspended,
5. All other directives relative to the management of COVID-19 disease situation should be referred to pronouncements from proper authorities such as the Office of the President, Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Health (DOH), Philippine National Police (PNP), Office of the Provincial Governor, and the Office of the Municipal Mayor This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force until subsequently amended/revoked or revised
