Qonga to‘ldi yuragim, bir dilrabodin ayrilib,
Ezilib oqdi jigarlar, oshnodin ayrilib.

Oh, ul Majnun kabi g‘am dashtida qon yig‘ladim,
Sabru oromim ketib Layliuzodin ayrilib.

Yig‘lamaymu g‘am chekib, qaddim duto, ahboblar,
Toleimni kamlig‘i ul mahluqodin ayrilib.

Necha muddat bodai husni bilan sarshor edim,
Ey, bu kunlar tashnaman, dorushshifodin ayrilib.

Tiyra ko‘nglimga farahlik g‘aybdin o‘lmas zuhur,
To hanuz g‘amzodaman, qoshi qarodin ayrilib.

Ey, menga darkor emas, ushbu tiriklikni netay,
Ro‘zgorim tiyra bo‘lsa ro‘shnodin ayrilib.

Varna kesmas, deb Dilafgor rishtai ummedini,
Kelsa bir kun ne ajab, ul oshnodin ayrilib.
