The attribution is incorrect. According to nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plautdietsch#Tekstvoorbeeld it's "Plattdüutsch B" and not Plautdietsch.

wikipedia isn't a reliable source.
According to the - now dead - source (1) it's:
"PLAUTDIETSCH ( Low German, Plattdeutsch, Mennonite German ) | Spoken by 12,000 in the Midwest, USA. Also spoken by 80,000 people in Canada and 111,000 people in Latin America. | [...] | Translated version by Martha Saathoff Maxwell, Illinois."
(2) has it with this text:
"Plattdeutsch was commonly used in the northern part of Germany and when the immigrants came over to the USA they continued to use this language for generations. | Below is the The Lord's Prayer (In Midwestern Plattdeutsch) | [...]"
(As lang-code-less wikisource sucks, I'd to replace h t t p s : / / by ## and  h t t p : / / by # in the URLs and to remove square brackets as used for links, wherefor I moved to links out of the text to the bottom.)
