Usage
editParameters:
- died (mandatory for authors and for works having known author(s), should be omitted or left empty for anonymous works) — the year where the author died (for co-authored works, the year when the last survived author died)
- published (mandatory for works, ignored for authors) — the year when the work was first published
- ww2 (optional) — defines whether the author either participated during the Great Patriotic War as a member of the Red Army, or worked for the Soviet Union country. If yes then the parameter should be set to any non-zero value; if no then it must be omitted or explicitly set to 0.
- firstyear (optional for authors, ignored for works) — the year of the first known published work by the author
- lastyear (optional for authors, ignored for works) — the year of the last known published work by the author, which (work) does not fall under URAA-restoration; that is, the work was published before 1946 for authors who are not participants of the Great Patriotic War (or laborers for Soviet Union of that time period), or before 1942 for authors who are participants of Great Patriotic War (or laborers for Soviet Union in that time period).
The last two parameters are optional, but they are useful for correct categorizing authors to PD-Ranges categories, and also for correct displaying of the license text, thus it is recommended to set them filled (but for author's pages only, since on the works' pages these parameters are ignored, and to keep them filled there is useless). The default values of the parameters are obtained in this way: if any of these two is not filled, then the value of the "opposite" parameter is taken, and if in turn that second parameter is not filled as well (that is, both parameters are empty) then the death year of the author is taken.
