Mahkamalarni tubjoylashtirish ishlari zaif boradur. Shuni qo‘zg‘atib qo‘ymoq uchun ijroqo‘m qoshida bir kamissiya tuzuldi.

Kamissiya o‘zi ham shul tubjoylashtirish ishlarida susayib ketmasa, shu yaxshi ish bir yo‘lga ketar edi.
