Required:

Required sometimes:
Required if different from {{{2}}}; both of the following are needed, even if the same.

• {{{3}}}: Subpage name of the Main Page (that is, the page is: Main Page/{{{3}}})
• {{{4}}}: Main category name

Required if the category name (either {{{2}}} or {{{4}}}) has a space in it.

• {{{cat}}}: Main category name with an underscore in place of the space

Required if project has been approved:
