Toshkandning hukumatimiz Rusiya tarafidan zabt qilunganig‘a 15 nchi iyunda 50 yil to‘lmak munosabati bilan vatandoshlarimiz ruslar kabi biz ham yubileyg‘a tayyorlanmakning luzumini, yubileyg‘a xotira bo‘lmak azra millatning eng muhtoj bo‘lgan bir muassasani vujudg‘a chiqarmak teyushli bo‘lganini bayondan so‘ng (Sadoi Turkiston) o‘z tarafindan bir (Madrasai Oliya) ochmakni millatga arz etdi. Va buning uchun ne tariqa ishga boshlamak xususida yo‘l ko‘rsatdi. Mazkur muassasaning millat uchun suv ila non masobasida zarur bo‘lushin shoyad hech kim inkor etmaydir. Faqat odatdagi kabi yozgan narsalarg‘a va ko‘rsatilgan yo‘llarg‘a quruq shohidgina bo‘lub, bu to‘g‘rida ham yalqovlik va g‘aflat ko‘rsatilmasa edi, fursatni o‘tkarmasdan tezroq ishga boshlansa edi. Toshkand taraqqiyparvar ziyoli va matbuotidan millat shuni kutadir.
