دیر میں یا حرم میں گزرے گی
دیر میں یا حرم میں گزرے گی
عمر تیرے ہی غم میں گزرے گی
کچھ امید کرم میں گزری عمر
کچھ امید کرم میں گزرے گی
زندگی یاد دوست ہے یعنی
زندگی ہے تو غم میں گزرے گی
اب کرم کا یہ ماحصل ہے کہ عمر
یاد عہد ستم میں گزرے گی
دل کو شوق نشاط وصل نہ چھیڑ
غم میں گزری ہے غم میں گزرے گی
حسرت دم بدم میں گزری عمر
عبرت دم بدم میں گزرے گی
حشر کہتے ہیں جس کو اے فانیؔ
وہ گھڑی شرح غم میں گزرے گی
