شام بہار
ضو فشاں ہے فلک پہ ماہ مبیں
چاندنی سے چمک اٹھی ہے زمیں
ہو گئی ہے ہر ایک شے سیمیں
تابش نور کا جواب نہیں
خاک پر سربسر ہے بارش نور
تا بہ حد نظر ہے بارش نور
غرق ہیں نور میں جو دشت و دمن
پھول مثل چراغ ہیں روشن
صحن فردوس ہے زمین چمن
گل فشاں ہے نگاہ کا دامن
لہلہاتے ہیں سبز پوش درخت
ہو گئے ہیں شراب نوش درخت
