پرتو ساغر صہبا کیا تھا
رات اک حشر سا برپا کیا تھا
کیوں جوانی کی مجھے یاد آئی

حسن کی آنکھ بھی نمناک ہوئی
عشق کو آپ نے سمجھا کیا تھا
عشق نے آنکھ جھکا لی ورنہ
حسن اور حسن کا پردا کیا تھا
کیوں مجازؔ آپ نے ساغر توڑا
آج یہ شہر میں چرچا کیا تھا
