editIt's vanity autobiography which the user has brought over from enwiki after several attempts there. The author User:Itsmywayokok appears to be a sockpuppet of User:Sunnydevanand who has also edited as User:Sunnydevanand 1. Cabayi (talk) 11:31, 13 January 2020 (UTC)
- Deleted once on 7 January 2020 by Zyephyrus (talk • contribs • global contribs), deleted again today. I protected against recreation for a year, no more action needed for now I guess. Thanks Cabayi (talk • contribs • global contribs) for noticing this. Cheers, VIGNERON (talk) 12:21, 13 January 2020 (UTC)

The text is in Russian. It should rather go to Russian Wikisource, not here. I also doubt that it is free, however: no evidence of CC-BY-SA compatible license, author is a living person... Ankry (talk) 19:55, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- @Ankry: indeed it's seems that there is a copyright issue but the account Раисия Сунгурова seems to be the author itself. We still need some proof (either of the identity of the account and/or of the free license of the text, both through OTRS ideally) but let's not rush into deletion too quickly. Can you contact her and get more details? PS: other contributions of this account are under the same case (this one is in Russian, the others seems to be in Mari). Cheers, VIGNERON (talk) 20:17, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- @VIGNERON: I tried, and I get no respond. Neverless, this one text is in Russian, so out of our scope. Ankry (talk) 20:21, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- I didn’t saw it but I see now. I see that there is an email adress, maybe one last chance to get an answer? Otherwise, then yes, delete all the texts (as the copyright issue is the same for all these texts). Cheers, VIGNERON (talk) 20:38, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- @VIGNERON: I emailed, but no response for 2 weeks. Ankry (talk) 22:56, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
- @Ankry: then delete, any oppositions to delete all text imported by this user? Cheers, VIGNERON (talk) 07:59, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
- @VIGNERON: I agree, that they should likely be deleted until an OTRS permission is received. Ankry (talk) 08:04, 7 February 2020 (UTC)

- Done for the records, I deleted these pages:
- Category:Сунгурова
- And yes, obviously a clear authorisation (OTRS or otherwise) would lead to undeletion.
- Cheers, VIGNERON (talk) 08:10, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
Empty author pages; the content has been moved few months ago to dewikisource. As they are German authors, it is highly unlikely that any (non-German) works in language with no own domains appears here. Ankry (talk) 21:48, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
- Deleted all three as all significant users have blanked the pages.--Jusjih (talk) 04:39, 3 February 2020 (UTC)

editSome unsourced data, likely out of scope. But reporting here if somebody has another opinion. And @Laurijs: FYI. Ankry (talk) 22:59, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
- Not sure for the scope (everything published is ok to me) but clearly we need a source. I left a message on lv.wp to this user. Cheers, VIGNERON (talk) 08:03, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
- It's a grey area. In the current form it can't stay (unsourced and no layout, it looks messy). --Ooswesthoesbes (talk) 08:04, 10 February 2020 (UTC)
A month has passed without a reaction, so I go ahead and delete it. In case it is deemed later on that it is within scope, it can always be restored, providing the lay-out is altered. --Ooswesthoesbes (talk) 07:07, 6 March 2020 (UTC)
Text in Marathi, rather not appropriate here. I asked the Marathi Wikisource community for help. Ankry (talk) 23:26, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
- I pinged an active contributor. However, judging from the absence of administrators and user talk pages, I think they don't really communicate... --Ooswesthoesbes (talk) 07:10, 6 March 2020 (UTC)
- @QueerEcofeminist: could you take a look? VIGNERON (talk) 08:37, 6 March 2020 (UTC)
- @Ankry, VIGNERON:, there are many texts like this, which were copypasted by random users without any information on the source and just to keep their work it was kept back on mrwiki or brought to source in incubation or when the mrsource domain was launched. Which should be deleted ideally as there is no source and its very difficult to find the source too. Additional info : This particular page is recent creation and its in Sanskrit and not in Marathi :P --QueerEcofeminist (talk) 09:15, 6 March 2020 (UTC)
- Basing on this, I suggest to delete the text as unsourced, so out of scope. Ankry (talk) 10:00, 6 March 2020 (UTC)

And the subpage Motî d’ Årsumont/Z. This work (a dictionary) published in 2010, available here, is under copyright. I contacted the author, Julie Servotte, who does not authorize us to publish her work on Wikisource under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license. Reptilien.19831209BE1 (talk) 10:41, 14 September 2020 (UTC)

- Well, in all texts you give, I have not published any one. Could you please give me one ?
- Not shure, but about the author Samuël Dumont I think it's corresponding to the user Èl-Gueuye-Noere.
- About the Li Rantoele magazine, we can read inside « Les textes publiés dans "Li Rantoele" peuvent être repris en citant la source » ("Texts published in 'Li Rantoele' may be reproduced by citing the source"). It means CC-BY(-SA) ?
- Reptilien.19831209BE1 (talk) 10:19, 12 November 2020 (UTC)
- I, Èl-Gueuye-Noere, confirm being Samuël Dumont, the author of El meyeu fime sereut walon. If you need some proofs, please, feel free to ask me those proofs. By the way, when you click on the link of the original article, you will find the Belletristica version of this article, but you will also find that I use "Èl-Gueuye-Noere" on this website as a pseudonym.
- Sincerely yours,

- This text is in the Public Domain because the author voluntarily wanted to remain anonymous. The first two texts you pointed, written by Lorint Hendschel, come from his own website, where you won't find any copyright restriction. However, I asked the author agreement before I published his works on Wikisource. If you need his agreement throught OTRS system, it won't be a problem, you'll get it. Let me know.
